• Order details: selected packages/tests, collection type (walk-in/home collection), address details you provide for home collection, and order status.
• Payment details: payment status and transaction references from our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Support messages: information you share with us when you contact support.
• Technical data: device/browser data, pages visited, and logs required for security and troubleshooting.

Sensitive data note: Some information (e.g., selected test packages and patient notes) may be considered sensitive. We apply additional care and access controls.

• Verify access using OTP and prevent abuse/fraud.
• Create and manage orders and coordinate sample collection.
• Deliver reports to your email and communicate service updates.
• Process payments and handle refunds (where applicable).
• Provide customer support and resolve issues.
• Improve reliability, usability, and safety of the Services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed:

• Service providers: vendors supporting hosting, OTP/SMS delivery, monitoring, and essential tooling.
• Payment processing: payment partners (e.g., Razorpay) to complete transactions and manage payment status.
• Fulfilment: authorized staff and collection personnel involved in providing the service.
• Legal & safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/safety, or prevent fraud.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, and loss (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring).

No method is 100% secure. Please keep your device secure and do not share OTPs.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described, including fulfilling services, maintaining records, and complying with legal requirements.

• Access/Correction: You can update patient details during checkout and may request corrections for records we maintain.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of account-related information, subject to retention obligations.
• Communications: Some messages are essential (OTP, confirmations, reports). We won’t disable those.

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate consent, contact us.
