These Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services provided by NetteCARE Clinics and Diagnostics (“NetteCARE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using our services

The Services allow you to browse diagnostic packages, place orders, and manage patient details. Access may require OTP verification via SMS.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.

Bookings & orders

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate patient and contact details. Incorrect details may cause delays.
  • Availability: Home collection and time slots (if shown) are subject to serviceability and staff availability.
  • Operational confirmations: We may contact you to confirm address, timing, or preparation requirements (e.g., fasting).

Payments, cancellations & refunds

Payments are processed through authorized payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). Payment status may take a short time to reflect due to banking/network processing.

  • Cancellations: Allowed only before sample collection.
  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method. Small charges may apply (e.g., convenience/processing fees), depending on the order stage and payment partner rules.
  • After collection: Once sample collection begins, cancellation and refund are generally not available.
  • Pricing: Prices shown at checkout apply at the time you place the order. Offers may change.

Reports & results

Reports are delivered to your email based on the information you provide. Timelines can vary by test type and operational factors.

  • Not medical advice: Reports are informational and should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional.
  • Sample integrity: Improper preparation or compromised samples may require recollection.

User responsibilities

  • Do not share OTPs; keep access secure.
  • Provide safe access and accurate address for home collection.
  • Follow preparation instructions (fasting, medication notes) shared during booking.
  • Use the Services lawfully and respectfully.

Prohibited use

  • Attempting to breach security or access data not meant for you.
  • Abusing OTP systems, spam, or fraudulent bookings.
  • Uploading malicious content or disrupting the Services.
  • Impersonation or providing false patient/contact information.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we aim for reliability and accuracy, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetteCARE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
